DVD sales are lower than expected

Although some people state that pirates have plundered the DVD-sales charts, everything is not that good as it seems. "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End" (AWE) had a strong debut on DVD-sales chart at number two, however "Dead Man's Chest" (DMC) had a number one debut last year. Moreover, the sales of AWE DVD at it's first week (DEC. 3-9) were 26.3% lower than DMC's: $9,54 millions comparing to $12,93 millions. In fact, "Spider-man 3" had a debut at number one with $9,7 millions, "Transformers" - number one debut with $9,97 millions, "Harry Potter and The Order Of Phoenix" - number two debut with $12.25 millions, losing to "The Bourne Ultimatum's" superrior $15.44 millions - all numbers are higher than AWE's. After eight weeks at the chart, AWE is already out of top 30, but DMC was actually even within the top 20 after same two months of charting. At the moment, there are $39.64 millions inside AWE's DVD-sales piggybank, but DMC has $61.27 millions.
So, although AWE is the bigest worlwide movie of 2007, i wouldn't say that DVD-sales charts were plundered by it.

2012?

I've just found this article about what they call an entertaining new interactive volume "The Secret Files of the East India Trading Company". Well, it's a piece of shit. Another piece of shit for fans of pirates. They make these to prevent the possible "death" of potc franchise, which I really doubt will happen.
What's more interesting, they say it's rumored that POTC 4 are sheduled for a 2012 release. Bullshit. At first it was 2010, then 2011 and now 2012. In that case i'm going to be the one who continues this list and say: I have an information from a very reliable source that "Pirates Of The Caribbean 4: Fucking Mrs Swann" is sheduled for a 2013 release...
Fuck them very much.
